Taco Tuesday Meets Ramen Night in Bold New Instant Noodle Launch
For years, Old El Paso has been the go-to brand for taco night essentials—from seasoning kits to crunchy shells. But now, they’re tackling an entirely new frontier: ramen.
In an unexpected (but genius) move, the brand is launching two Walmart-exclusive ramen flavors inspired by Tex-Mex favorites:
- Fajita Ramen – Smoky chicken broth infused with peppers, onions, and cumin
- Beef Birria Ramen – Rich, slow-cooked beef flavor with a hint of spice
These instant noodle cups follow the viral success of Totino’s Pizza Roll-flavored ramen (also a Walmart exclusive). While they won’t contain actual meat, the broth promises big, bold flavors perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.
From Football Stars to Flavor Stars
This isn’t Old El Paso’s first wild collab. Last year, they teamed up with NFL brothers T.J., J.J., and Derek Watt to release:
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch-dusted taco shells
- Churro seasoning
- A line of canned soups tested on their “Watt Can Taco?” show
Now, they’re bringing that same innovative energy to ramen.
When & Where to Try It
- Exclusive to Walmart (in-store & online)
- Dropping nationwide in April
- Pricing not yet confirmed
Will these be a limited-time offering? No word yet—but with ramen trends hotter than ever, fans are already buzzing.
One thing’s for sure: We’re definitely tuning in for the next “Watt Can Taco?” episode to see the brothers debate ramen tacos.
