Costco’s food court pizza has a cult following—but since 2020, fans have missed grabbing a fresh, hot slice during shopping trips. (The take-and-bake version just isn’t the same!)
Now, Walmart is stepping up with its own hot pizza counter, and it could give Costco a run for its money.
Say Hello to Nozzleman Pizza Co.
Walmart just debuted its first Nozzleman Pizza—a Reno-based franchise—inside its Carson City, Nevada store. The menu includes:
- 16-inch whole pizzas & slices
- Fries, chicken tenders, grilled cheese
- Chocolate chip cookies (because why not?)
This isn’t Walmart’s first fast-food experiment.
Recently, they’ve rolled out:
- Wonder (upscale food hall)
- Mr. Gatti’s Pizza
- Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar
- Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ
Clearly, Walmart wants shoppers to grab a meal while they shop—no extra stops needed.
Will Nozzleman Pizza Go Nationwide?
For now, it’s only in Nevada, but expansion plans include:
- Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho (by late 2024)
- Eventually, nationwide (if all goes well)
So, Costco pizza lovers, keep an eye out—Walmart might just become your new pizza hotspot.
