As winter nears its end, Dairy Queen is set to mark the first day of spring with its much – anticipated annual Free Cone Day on March 20, 2025. Here’s all you need to know to get your hands on a free small vanilla soft – serve cone:
When: The giveaway will be available throughout the day on March 20, 2025.
Where: All participating Dairy Queen locations are taking part, with the exception of mall stores. Mall – based DQ outlets will be offering a Buy – One – Get – One (BOGO) deal instead.
How: It’s incredibly simple. Just show up at a participating DQ store. There’s no need to make a purchase. However, it’s important to note that mobile or delivery orders will not be eligible for the free cone.
Bonus: There’s an exciting bonus for those who want to take their chances. From March 3 – 19, download the DQ app and sign up for DQ Rewards. By doing so, you’ll be entered into a draw to win free cones for a year. That’s right, 52 delicious cones! Even if you’re not the lucky winner, you’ll still earn points that can be redeemed for future Blizzards, shakes, and other treats.
