In a March 2025 development, Danone Wave has issued a nationwide recall for two flavors of International Delight coffee creamer. The two affected products are the International Delight Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll Creamer in 32 – ounce size, with a UPC of 0 41271 01993 3, a Best – By Date of July 3, 2025, and a Plant Code of 51 – 4114 R – S; and the International Delight Hazelnut Creamer also in 32 – ounce packaging, having a UPC of 0 41271 02565 2, the same Best – By Date of July 3, 2025, and the Plant Code 51 – 4114 R – S. Notably, no other International Delight products are involved in this recall.
These recalled creamers were distributed across 31 states, including AL, AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, and WY.
The root cause of the recall is traced back to quality control failures that led to early spoilage and texture problems. Moreover, consumers reported falling ill after consuming these creamers, though details of the specific symptoms remain undisclosed. The recall process commenced on February 21, 2025, and received FDA classification on March 12, 2025.
For consumers who possess the recalled creamers, immediate cessation of consumption is advised. They can choose to discard the products or return them to the store for a refund.
