Starbucks has revealed a sneak peek of its 2025 summer menu, confirming the return of two popular seasonal drinks along with several new items.
As spring offerings like the lavender and cherry-inspired treats make their exit, Starbucks is preparing to introduce refreshing new options. One of the highlights is the Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, a drink inspired by the traditional Latino beverage horchata. While the official details remain under wraps, it’s expected to feature Starbucks’ espresso blended with the creamy cinnamon and vanilla flavors typical of horchata.
Additionally, the coffee giant is adding a new treat to its menu—a Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop, promising a sweet, indulgent bite to complement the summer offerings.
Among the returning favorites are the Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher and the Summer Skies Drink. Both made their debut last year and are set to make a comeback. The Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher combines raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry flavors with refreshing lemonade, while the Summer Skies Drink offers a creamier option with coconut milk.
Starbucks plans to officially launch the 2025 summer menu in the coming weeks, just in time for Memorial Day weekend, marking the unofficial start of summer.
