Haribo is expanding its candy offerings in the U.S., bringing two beloved international gummy treats to American shelves for the first time.
The brand has updated its popular Haribo Starmix, which already includes fan favorites like Goldbears, Happy Cola, and Gummi Rings. The new version now features the brand’s signature “foamy” double-layered candies: a lemon-flavored Fried Egg and a raspberry-flavored Heart. These candies combine a chewy gummy layer with a soft, marshmallow-like texture, offering a unique taste experience.
The updated Starmix will replace Twin Snakes and Cherries, which were part of the U.S. mix since 2018. However, Haribo assured fans that these candies will still be available in standalone bags, alongside other classics like Watermelon, Peaches, Frogs, and Sour Goldbears.
“We’re always listening to our fans to bring them the products they love,” said Sophia Lewis, brand manager at Haribo of America. “After extensive research and testing, the double-layered Fried Egg and Heart stood out as perfect additions, giving consumers new textures, flavors, and shapes in one pack. We’re excited to offer even more reasons for people to enjoy Haribo Starmix with family and friends.”
The updated Starmix is now available at retailers across the U.S.
