CarmelFest, taking place at Civic Square on July 3-4, is set to dazzle attendees with a wide array of food options, both new and returning. According to Jill Gilmer, CarmelFest’s food vendor chair, this year’s lineup promises a diversity that surpasses previous editions.
“We’re excited to offer everything from traditional fair food to international dishes, American favorites, and a variety of vegetarian options,” Gilmer remarked.
Among the esteemed vendors are longtime participants such as The Lemon Bar, El Venezolano, Indy Fudge, A New Twist, Dolce Vita, and Aroma Experience, alongside many others.
“Many of our vendors have been returning for over a decade, which speaks volumes about our community and their commitment,” Gilmer added. “The selection process starts with vendors applying through the CarmelFest website, and then it’s like fitting together a puzzle to ensure each vendor is perfectly placed for the event.”
Gilmer highlighted the overwhelmingly positive feedback received from previous festival-goers regarding the onsite culinary offerings.
“Over the past five years, we’ve steadily increased both the number of vendors and the variety of cuisines available,” she concluded.
Attendees can look forward to an unforgettable gastronomic experience at CarmelFest, where food diversity meets community spirit.
