Virtue Drinks, a UK-based provider of organic clean energy beverages, has successfully raised £2 million in new funding. The investment brings the company’s total funding to over £5 million.
Key backers include James Watt, co-founder of BrewDog, and Eberechi Eze, the Premier League footballer and England international. The company plans to allocate these funds towards strategic marketing initiatives, expanding its global distribution, and growing its team.
Founded and led by CEO Rahi Daneshmand, Virtue offers a unique energy drink made with yerba mate, delivering 80mg of natural caffeine per can. The drink is free from artificial ingredients, sugar, and calories, and is made using only natural, organic ingredients. Virtue’s product lineup includes three flavors: Tropical, Peach and Raspberry, and Strawberry and Lime.
Certified Carbon Neutral and vegan, Virtue Drinks is available in over 20 countries worldwide, including key retailers like Waitrose, Whole Foods Market, Ocado, Morrisons, and international stores such as Casino, Carrefour, and Spinneys.
