British plant-based brand, The Coconut Collab, has made a significant move by expanding its product portfolio with the introduction of two new desserts.
The first of these new product developments (NPD) is the Choc & Caramel. It’s a sumptuously smooth chocolate dessert crafted using Belgian dark chocolate, enhanced by an indulgent swirl of caramel. This combination aims to offer consumers a rich and delightful taste experience.
The second new offering, known as White Choc Pots, showcases a smooth and creamy white chocolate ganache that incorporates coconut. Notably, each pot contains just 115 calories, making it an appealing option for those watching their calorie intake while still craving a delicious treat.
What sets The Coconut Collab apart is its commitment to using only coconuts and a select few other sustainably sourced ingredients. This approach enables them to create thick and creamy yogurts and desserts. Moreover, the brand ensures that every single coconut sourced for its product range is fully utilized within its supply chain, achieving the remarkable feat of zero waste.
Anna Dominey, the managing director at The Coconut Collab, shared her thoughts on the new releases. “We understand just how crucial life’s little pleasures are,” she said. “We aim for our range of desserts and yogurts to embody this sentiment and bring smiles to people’s faces. Through continuous innovation and the expansion of our product portfolio, we can present consumers with a variety of options to tantalize their taste buds, and conveniently, these are all dairy-free as well.”
Consumers in the UK will be pleased to know that the two new desserts are currently available for purchase at various retailers across the country.
