Premium vodka brand Absolut has teamed up with ice cream innovator Little Moons to introduce a festive cocktail menu at All Bar One locations across the UK. The special Chalet menu, available until December 31, features four seasonal cocktails designed to evoke the cozy ambiance of a chic après-ski lodge.
Exclusive to All Bar One’s 46 venues this month, the Chalet menu highlights each cocktail topped with a Little Moons ice cream snack, which is inspired by traditional Japanese mochi and wrapped in rice flour dough.
The first cocktail on the menu is the Cinnamon Bun Espresso, which blends Absolut Vodka, Kahlúa, oat drink, and cinnamon roll syrup, shaken to perfection and garnished with a Little Moons Salted Caramel mochi and toffee crumble.
Next is the Very Berry Martini, crafted with Absolut Raspberri vodka, Chambord, cranberry juice, lemon purée, and raspberry syrup. This vibrant drink is topped with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball and dried cranberries for added texture.
For a festive twist on a classic, the Smoked Blood Orange Margarita combines Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, Del Maguey Puebla mezcal, blood orange syrup, Mexican lime, agave, and salt. This cocktail is completed with a Little Moons Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit Sorbet mochi ball.
Finally, the Berry on the Rocks offers a non-alcoholic option made with Everleaf Mountain, cranberry and apple juice, raspberry syrup, lemon purée, and dragon fruit powder, also topped with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball.
James Bremner, on-trade channel director for Pernod Ricard UK, commented, “This year, more than ever, is all about the power of the perfect serve, which is why we are ensuring our festive menus are on point with creative cocktails that capture consumer imagination. We are delighted to collaborate with Little Moons and All Bar One for this exciting brand partnership.”
Earlier this year, Absolut Vodka also partnered with Universal Studios to celebrate the release of Wicked, and launched a limited-edition bottle inspired by a painting by American artist Andy Warhol.
