Among them is Chef Lan Minglu, the Chairman of the French Blue Ribbon and Executive Vice Chairman of the Chinese Cuisine Association Famous Chef Committee. A leader in the culinary world, Chef Lan is recognized for his innovative approach to Chinese cuisine and is also Vice President of the Sichuan Provincial Sichuan Cuisine Foreign Exchange Promotion Association.
Another key figure at the festival is Chef Yang Luming, Deputy Head Chef of the Asian Games and Head Chef at the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao. Chef Yang is famed for his expertise in Sichuan cuisine and his impressive culinary contributions.
Chef Chen Qi, a Chengdu Technical Expert, will also showcase his mastery of both hot and cold Sichuan dishes. Known for his preservation and innovation of Sichuan culinary techniques, Chef Chen’s reputation is widely respected in the culinary world.
